1925 The Club Champs 100 yds final

1 August 1925, at Battersea Park. Twenty year-old M.E. Odell (13) wins the "Grosvenor Cup" to become 100 yds champion for the first time. George Dunckley (3), better known as a 440 yds man, was a close second with C.T. Gibbs third. Odell was to hold the trophy for a further six years before slipping to "silver" in 1932 and "bronze" in 1933.
